Tunnel card tutorial

Hello,
Here is another card I've been meaning to try out.
It's called a tunnel card.  Here it is opened up.
I used materials from the sneak peek from Stampin' Up!  The new catalog starts on June 1st!! I used the new Affectionately Yours DSP (Designer Series Paper),  the Lots of Labels Framelits, and the new colors, Peekaboo Peach, Emerald Envy and Flirty Flamingo, both ink and cardstock.
First, you score a 11"X 4-1/4" piece of Peekaboo Peach at 5-1/2."
Then, you score a piece of Flirty Flamingo that is 10" X 4-1/4" at:  2-1/2", 5", and 7-1/2." Then using the second largest Lots of Labels Framelits in the center of the cardstock.
Fold the cardstock like this:
Place adhesive only on the ends of the cardstock, as pictured.
Lay the cardstock by lining up the center of the Flirty Flamingo with the center of the Peekaboo Peach and press the adhesive down.
The card should open up like this:
Cut a piece of Emerald Envy with the largest Lots of Label Framelits, stamp the sentiment on Whisper White, and cut out with the second largest framelit.  Fold both labels in half and adhere them together.
Then adhere the label to the card so it matches in the opening you made earlier.
Adhere 2 strips, measuring 1-1/4"X 4-1/4" of Affectionately Yours DSP to the ends of the inside of the card.
Using a scrap of the Flirty Flamingo piece you cut out, use a scrap of the DSP, and stamp and punch out a sentiment from the Thoughtful Banners in Emerald Envy.
This is how it looks opened up:
Let me know what you think of my new watermark on my photos. First, I cropped them, then I created the watermark using http://www.picmonkey.com/  I made a white text one and a black text one depending on the picture I wanted to add it to.
I watched this video and followed the steps:

Spring Vendor Faire at work!

Another successful Vendor Faire at work.
Here are a few things I made, some I've made before and some are brand new.  Here are some 12X12 framed quotes ($10).
Here are some smaller 5X7 quotes ($5).
I also printed out some sayings and framed them and attached a dry erase marker to the frame so you can leave different notes everyday ($7).
I also had a "Don't forget to be AWESOME today" ($5) and a countdown frame also with a dry erase marker ($7).
Lastly, I made gift card holders made from 6X6 paper. I followed Frenchie's video. ($2 each or 3 for $5).

I had a special order for some Thank you cards for coaches.  Heather also suggested I make some with yellow stitches for softball. I had no idea that they were yellow, so that is on my list of cards to make next.

I also made some baseball and soccer boxes to hold treats in ($5).
I also brought back my "Through the Years" scrapbook pages that you can put your child's pictures from kindergarten to 11th grade on two 12X12 pages.  You can buy them framed ($20) or in sheet protectors for a 12X12 album($15).

And back by popular demand, Hershey Kisses roses!!

I also made some card packets of various cards, some Thank You, some Birthday cards.

Thanks for checking in!

    Fun Fold card tutorial

Cased from France Martin, inspired by Pam Allen and Lynne Ernst, I wanted to try out this Fun Fold.

This will be a great for any of the DSP paper sets with coordinating cardstock packs.  I used the Cherry on Top DSP and the Cherry on Top cardstock.
First score the paper at 5-1/2" and 2-3/4", then cut it in half.  You'll get 2 cards for every 8-1/2" X 11"sheet. I used the Watermelon Wonder here.
Then, you score a 1" strip of the coordinating color, Bermuda Bay the same as the card, at 5-1/2" and 2-3/4".

Fold the card and the strip into "S's" as shown below:
Use one sheet of the Cherry on Top DSP.  Cut it first at 5" X 4", and with the remaining bottom strip, cut it into 2 pieces of 2-1/2" so the paper looks like this:
You will adhere the 5" x 4" to the back of the card, and adhere the 2 squares to the front of the card.
Use the strip to cover up the seam on the front of the card and test out the fold.
This is the finished card with the die cut on the front.
Here are some other versions with different cardstock and different DSP.
Here is one with the other die cut:
